YAAAY it's SPECTRUM
I was in the mood to draw something glowy so I chose the glowy wolfy xD

I know Spectrum can only change one color at a time but I thought the rainbow looked purty xD If you want, I have a green version I can replace this one with C:
Oh yeah, and I kinda started making up random designs on the right arm because the picture I was using as a ref didn't show most of the arm. The face, too :U Sorry XD
